bad renos a contractors point of view

I have been doing renos for 30 years res and comm most if not all nead material budjet before you start the projects lines of funds/credit must be finalized prier to starting the job most the funds are held in trust there for there must be trust on both builder /fineacer and owner to develope an undertaking of the work . owners beware builders beware ...................................!!!!
